The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were wonderful. Rooms were serviced daily and very clean and tidy. Transport into the city centre was frequent and easy to use. I arrived early and my room was available which was an added bonus and very thoughtful. I will certainly be back.

Exceptionally clean hotel, and the stuff were excellant and empathetic, location was handy by several buses. Got tastefully decorated and compact room with complimentary tea and comfortable beds plus tasteful interiors - always come in handy. Location: the property was adjacent to bus stop as well as city center.

It is a little far away from the city centre, 30 minutes walking (there is a bus stop nearby). Only a few parking in site, but is free to park in the street next to it.

Newly refurbished and modern unit offering a fantastic breakfast with exceptional staff; conveniently located within a short walk to all tourist attractions this place was perfect for our needs.

A room key was provided which also unlocked the main entrance door so we could come and go at our leisure. Breakfast was by fixed menu but it was easy to ask for slight variation, and the food was served quickly.
My elderley mother travelled with me and I booked the 'comfort' room for her. This proved to be extremely cold and the room heating was from a small radiator that was only on for a few hours in the evening and for a short while from 7am in the morning. This ground floor room cost nearly double the single room rate, The facilities did not meet expectations, so would caution anyone else booking with disabled or elderley facilities in mind.

The usual custom is to ask for clean towels if they are needed: I didn't need clean towels but was given them - a waste of resources.
